Your First Visit
You�ll be welcomed by our amazing front office team. They will help you organize your paperwork and offer you our amenities. Our amazing hygienist and assistants will give you a tour of the office and get you settled into a treatment room.
Our goal is to give you the most comprehensive and thorough evaluation of your current oral health. Whether you're here for a routine checkup or an emergency visit, we promise to provide you with the most personalized and comfortable experience our team can offer. Our new patient visits vary between 60 to 90 minutes.

Medical Insurance
We understand that dentistry can be expensive and we always want to make sure we are providing the most cost effective solutions for our patients.
In our effort to do the same, we have now started accepting and billing medical insurance for some dental procedures. Some examples of that would be accident induced dental concerns, trauma induced tooth fractures and significant wear due to a medical condition. In some situations, treatments such as dental implants could also be covered under medical insurance.
If you would like to know medical insurance covers a procedure, please give our office a call. We would love to help in any way we can.
Patient Forms
To help you save time in our office, you have the option to fill out our forms online before you’re scheduled to come see us. This can help you save about 15-20 minutes during your appointment. When the day of your visit arrives, we’ll get you in to see Dr. Jaiswal right away. If you have any issues accessing our forms, please let us know.
