From your first phone call to your appointment and even during consistent appointments, we try to maintain clear communication and information about what to expect.
Dr. Jaiswal prefers the use of Tell-Show-Do philosophy during your appointments which means that she will tell her patients what to expect, sometimes she will show her patients what various instruments look like and then she will perform the step to remove the element of surprise. This helps in relaxing her patients and we have had tremendous success with this approach. We also believe in communicating and explaining dental conditions clearly and will encourage our patients to ask questions to help them understand their health better.

Our entire team strives to maintain perfection in all their pursuits and aim in paying attention to details that help make your appointments go smoother and easier. We will always try to remember the small or bigger details about your likes with respect to your visit, so we can make them go smoother and more convenient.
Our treatment coordinator Shelby is extremely diligent is verifying your insurance befits and making your treatments plans so that we can maximize your benefits and save you as much money as possible.
After your appointment, you will receive a post-operative note with a written list of aftercare instructions and a phone call from us to check in on you to see how you are doing.
